Famous french gastronome Brillat-Savarin once said, “Tell me what you eat, I’ll tell you who are.” It’s hard to believe something so daily, sometimes mundane and habitual defines us. Now that I’ve thought about it more, it’s hard not to believe.

Comfort is a tricky thing. It’s something we strive for in our everyday lives― in our relationships, our home, our job and even our food. But is there a point when we have too much comfort, when having goals and aspirations seem in the distant past.
