This years Video Music Award’s weren’t that great (How can you top Kanye West’s interrupting TS last year? You can’t!) but there is something worth mention and that’s Lady Gaga. I don’t care for the pop icon’s need to be relevant unless the music is worth listening too and the whole wild fashion stunts have finally got up to her. Wearing a dress made from raw meat along with a little hat and purse with shoes, Lady Gaga was the smelliest person on the VMA’s. But not only was the contraption a horrid mess, her excuse wasn’t any better.

“If we don’t stand up for what we believe in and if we don’t fight for our rights, pretty soon we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones.”

Okay? Did she listen to herself when she said that to Ellen Degeneres? Her excuse is somehow connected with soldiers in the ‘don’t as, don’t tell’ policy and the discrimination against them but why wearing slaughtered animals on you is helping the cause is beyond me. And the whole meat on our bones doesn’t even make sense, ask an obese person that and they will tell you they have plenty of skin and we have rights, at least in this country so I don’t know how she was Lady Gaga one moment and total nutcase the next.

We get it Gaga, you want to be remembered but this disaster could seriously damage your career! I’m not the only one angered by her murderous ensemble and the biggest guns in Wild West are angry, PETA. If they had a bucket of red paint then they’d soak Gaga in it, though she is covered in real blood. Other than the animals, the other victims are the people around her. Wearing meat under hot lights is really unsanitary and with so many viruses in the world, you don’t want to take a chance because you think your special when people will forget about you in five years.

The backlash wont even be the worst of it, the loss of fans will hit her where it hurts. She, like other times, will act as if she is just being unique and will never see wrong in what she did. Any animal lover, vegan or vegetarian are shunning her this very moment and even though I’m not vegan or anything, I will never listened to her music again because all I will think of is her wearing Bambi’s carcass on her body.

So in conclusion, Lady Gaga believes in killing animals to help boost her career and doesn’t care because she’s completely insane and a cliché to the pop world with as much artistic trendiness as the garbage in my trash.
